K&A Italian Table was founded by Alessandro Berrettini and Klerjan Rrasa, two partners united by a shared vision of Italian hospitality
Alessandro, the Executive Chef, brings years of experience in Italian cuisine, blending tradition, creativity and premium ingredients to craft refined dining experiences tailored to every guest
Klerjan, as CEO & Event Director, oversees every step of the guest journey, ensuring flawless organization and meticulous attention to detail from the first enquiry through to the final farewell
Together, they built K&A not simply as a catering company, but as a promise: to bring authentic Italian hospitality to some of Tuscany's most beautiful locations, and to create experiences where exceptional food, impeccable service and genuine human connection come together.
